1.2. If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon work within the given timeline, we will provide a full refund to the client.
1.3. Once the work has been completed and delivered to the client, refund requests will not be accepted after the 15-day period.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1. To request a refund, the client must submit a written refund request to our customer support team via email or through our support ticket system within 15 days of purchase.
2.2. The refund request should include relevant details such as the project name, invoice or payment reference, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
2.3. Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review it and assess its validity based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. If the refund request is deemed eligible, we will initiate the refund process within 15 business days.
3.2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
3.3. The refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

4. Exclusions

4.1. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
a) Client dissatisfaction with the completed work after its delivery, as it is the client's responsibility to provide clear requirements and feedback during the project development process.
b) Changes in project scope or requirements initiated by the client after the work has commenced.
c) Delays or failures in project completion due to client-provided information, resources, or cooperation.
d) Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent the completion of the work within the given timeline.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably.
5.2. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, either party may resort to legal remedies as outlined in the governing laws and jurisdiction agreed upon in the project agreement.
